PARTICIPANTS AIR THEIR VIEWS ON THE STATE CONGRESS.

As the Lagos state chapter of All Nigeria Conference of Evangelical Drama Ministers (ANCEDRAM) 14th state congress continues at Lekki-Ajah, some of the participants have expressed their minds and air their views on the ongoing programme.  The participants talk to our correspondence, Tolu Oyebola and Adedayo Ajayi. Excerpt:

Press: Good morning ma, can we meet you please?
Omolara Williams: My name is Omolara Williams from Nehemiah drama ministry Lagos Island local unit.
Press: since you have arrived for this congress, what can you say about the program?
Omolara Williams: On my way here yesterday, I was thinking of how this programme will be because I know it is a gathering of drama ministers from various units across Lagos state but when I got here I was very touched.  First of all, the word of God from our father in the lord and mentor, Evangelist Mike Bamiloye was filled and I jotted some things still on the theme “Contend for the faith” I was really touched and there were some things the Holy spirit dropped in my heart and right there yesterday I concluded that this is not just a gathering of drama ministers to come and show case your talent but a gathering that will help boost your faith and help your spiritual life if you actually know what you came here to do with a focus and a goal of achieving something here and I personally have been able to buckle up since the word was shared. It is not an ordinary programme, it is spiritual and well packaged.
Press: Is this your first time of attending state congress?
Omolara Williams: Yes.
Press: Talking about the categories of the registration packages i.e the Gold, Silver and Bronze, what can you say about it, does it merit it?
Omolara Williams: Yes, I have my own pack, to be sincere, the 1,000 naira we paid said covers the accommodation, considering the amount we paid; I was not expecting any pack. The packages are really awesome.

Even the venue is comfortable; both the hostel and the church auditorium
Press: Talking about the categories of the registration packages i.e. the Gold, Silver and Bronze, what can you say about it, does it merit it?

Press: Good morning sir, can we meet you please?
Sampam Adebanjo: I am Sampam Adebanjo from Ikorodu local unit.
Press: since you have arrived for this congress, what can you say about the program?
Sampam Adebanjo: It has been wonderful, yesterday we have a big message from daddy Mike Bamiloye and it was indeed an eye opener and the four pantomime performance from the local units were wonderful. So far so good I have learnt a lot from this even though being the first day and I know today will be more handsome.
Press: Talking about the categories of the registration packages i.e the Gold, Silver and Bronze, what can you say about it, does it merit it?
Sampam Adebanjo: That was done to encourage people, our people most times don’t take things very serious and that will ginger then to register on time, again the state wanted to be sure of the number of participant to expect for better preparation for the program.

Press: Good morning sir, can we meet you please?
Solomon Oshiyemi: My name is Solomon Oshiyemi popularly known as Ambassador; I am from Lekki-Ajah local unit.
Press: since you have arrived for this congress, what can you say about the program?
Solomon Oshiyemi: There are over two hundred people already in the camp, it was a great time yesterday, daddy Mike Bamiloye and other state executives have been around and we have been having a great refreshing time, everyone had a comfortable place to sleep.
Press: Talking about the categories of the registration packages i.e. the Gold, Silver and Bronze, what can you say about it, does it merit it?
Solomon Oshiyemi: I think the state excos’ are just trying to get people to participate in the congress, if you look at it closely; there isn’t much difference in the categories. All this are just to keep people involved in the program and informed. The people that had gotten the Gold package had two movies I think, and the diary while the silver had the diary which is very rich and a film while those that got the bronze package had the diary and a pen.
