CLERIC CALLS ON PASTORS ACROSS THE NATION TO ENCOURAGE DRAMA IN THEIR CHURCHES.

By Oluwafemi Dosu

The Senior pastor, Pasture of Life Christ Discipleship Ministry, Pastor Bode Owoeye is calling on pastors who don’t encourage drama ministration in their churches to go and watch films that have impacted lives adding that when they experience the fruit that the drama ministry produces nobody would tell them. Pastor Bode who was speaking during an exclusive interview yesterday at Ajah, Lagos with Ayanfeoluwa Oladapo and Tolu Oyebola, members of Lagos ANCEDRAM Publicity Team disclosed that drama ministry is a very major instrument in the hands of God and its impacting lives adding that of all the different ministries that he sees in the body of Christ, drama is one that takes your body, soul and spirit together, Excerpt:

Press: Can we meet you sir?

Bode: Well, I’m Pastor Bode Owoeye.

Press: what prompted your love/interest for drama ministry?

Bode: Drama ministry is a very major instrument in the hands of God and impacting lives. Of all the different ministries that I see in the body of Christ, this is one that takes your body, soul and spirit together. Whether as a minister yourself or as somebody receiving ministration, you are fully taken when you are involved in it.

Press: What message do you have for Pastors who don’t encourage drama ministrations in their churches?

Bode: I don’t think I have a message for them per say. I would rather encourage them to go and watch films that have impacted lives. When they experience the fruit that the drama ministry produces nobody would tell them. I don’t think there should be a pastor that wouldn’t believe in it. I don’t know, I’ve not met one, if there is, we should just get some films and give them, it should change their minds (Laughs).

Press: What message do you have for Drama Ministers?

Bode: As I have said, we are God’s message on Earth and what people see affects them eight times to the degree to what they hear. Drama ministers affect lives almost eternally. We need to be very careful, diligent, committed and fully given to this course because there are great potentials in it. Ordinary/ mere men are not called. People can call themselves into it but God doesn’t call ordinary/mere men into it.

Press: What can you say about Lagos State ANCEDRAM?

Bode: Today is powerful, I am impressed. I started getting involved in Lagos State ANCEDRAM about two (2) years ago on the fringes but last year I started getting deeper and I’ve been impressed all the while. Every time, I have had encounters from representatives and with the programmes that Lagos State ANCEDRAM holds, it is so impressive.

Press: Any encouragement for Lagos State ANCEDRAM?

Bode: Am asking you to do more and am saying to you continue like this and the sky is not your limit in the name of Jesus”.  God bless you.
