It was yet another moment of impartation as All Nigeria Conference of Evangelical Drama Ministers; ANCEDRAM Lagos State chapter holds a 24 hour leaders/stakeholders quarterly retreat to further equip her members.

The retreat which was tagged ‘Come now and let us reason together’ commenced on Friday 23rd of September, 2016 at Hilltop Assembly, Ketu Lagos. While giving the opening charge, the chairman of Lagos ANCEDRAM, Evangelist Isaac Afolahan says there is a need for leaders to gather, to hear the truth; saying many leaders are leading association they knew nothing about. He reiterated that the anointing flow from the head and leaders should be careful of whatever they do as a way of influencing their followers, adding that if a leader is a liar, invariably, the follower will learn to become greater liars. Evangelist Isaac added that many see leaders today that they are upright without checking their growth spiritually, yet in church they got more engaged with church & ministry activities. “The world today might turn against you as a result of your SIN but God is saying if you can open up, I will wash and cleanse you”.

Most leaders that will end up with great performance will initially be reluctant. Some leaders get into leadership by circumstance but it is possible for them to perform. Many leaders have forgotten their abode. Leadership is not by stature”, Moses Makinde added.
